The house is situated on a unembarrassed and very quiet mountain
site in the town Biot 3 km from the Mediterranean, and in the
center of the beautiful region of Cannes (14 km) and Nice
airport (13 km).
The house is built in 2000 on a sunny 700 m² ground. The
house is 115 m² in typical provincial style. From the
house there is only about 15 minutes walk to the center
of Biot town. .
There is a
private saltwater swimming pool (1.8 meter deep) with
build in light and a delicious Jacuzzi. All remote
controlled.
