General rent tenancy:
1. Use off the house:
The rent of the house begins and ends at the dates and time written on the first
page. The house can under no circumstance be leased out to a teeth person or
firm if so the tenement will imedially be stopped and the deposit and rent is
lost.
The tenant is committed to inform the owner of any current or water
interruptions or any other incident that can have destructive impact.
The tenant has to ensure that the tenancy lease is peaceful, and take
consideration to the surrounding area and neighbors. .
It is strictly forbidden to use
glass in the pool/jazzusi area. You have to use plastic glass. You will find the
plastic glass in the house. If the tenant have broking a glass in the
pool/jazzusi the tenant is responsible to pay for the cleaning off the
pool/jazzusi
2. Number of tenants:
if the number of persons excide 6 with children the tenement will imedially be
stopped and the deposit and rent is lost.
3. Payment:
The reservation is legal when the written contract is received and the 30% of
the rent is paid with in 8 days from the tenant have received the contract. If
the payment is not received with in 8 days the rent is considered canceled. The
final payment shut be paid latest 8 weeks before the rent starts.
If not the rent is considered canceled.
If you order the house later end
8 weeks before the rent starts the total payment has to be paid within the 8
days after receiving the contract.
4. Cancellation:
If the tenant cancel the rent more then 8 weeks before the rent starts there
will be a fee on DKK 1200,-/EURO 160,-. Between 8 and 4 weeks before the rent
starts there will be a fee on 40% of the payment if the house can be rent out
again. Later then 4 weeks before the rent starts, there will be no refund
5. Prices:
Is in Danish or euros value.
6. The house:
All complains about inventory or cleaning have to be made within 24 hours after
arrival. The rented house contains furniture, service and eiderdown according
the inventory list. If anything is damaged the tenant is responsible to replace
or pay for the damage. The tenant is committed to inform the owner of any
damage. The tenant is committed to deliver the house in the same condition as
the tenant received the house.
7. Cleaning:
The tenant is committed to do the cleaning after the owner’s advice.
8. Insurance:
The tenant or his belongings are not insured in any way.
9. Help:

10. Bed linen:
The tenants have to bring. Quilt cover, cushion cover, sheets 200 x 140 cm, dish
cloth, towel, dish towel etc.
